The Functional Movement System (FMS) is a screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk as well as highlighting inefficient movement patterns that reduces your level of performance. The screen gives us an understanding of your weak link and highlights the areas we need to focus on.
The FMS explores seven basic fundamental movement patterns which challenges the body and exposes any asymmetries. Highlighting these movement deficiencies helps us to personalise a training programme that is specific to your needs and will give you the optimal platform to perform at your best.
