Training Programs

Are you training for an endurance event or do you want to improve your general fitness? At Clinic25 we take the guess work out of the equation. You can download training programs online but they are often generic and don’t take into consideration your weekly schedule, family commitments or your current fitness level. An essential part of any training program is centred around sustainability and individualisation, giving you the best opportunity to achieve your specific goals.

At Clinic25 we help you build good habits around training, nutrition and recovery in order to maximise your overall health and performance.  Your program will also include access to the Movement Project, which is my online platform of core, strength and mobility exercise routines that focus on injury prevention and sports performance.  At Clinic25 we believe in balance, sustainability and individualisation to help you reach your true potential.
